Office layout is good. You might like the location if you prefer working in downtown San Jose
Cons
Whoa - where do I start? I lasted 5 months and those were 5 months too many. I have had a successful career at multiple startups before this place and this place is anything but a startup. There is simply too much politics for a small company. Old timers watch videos and shop during work hours while new-hires slog to keep the company moving. They manage to get some good, even great talent in the door. But people soon figure this out and leave. The teams are too spread out for a small company ( partly due to hiring issues) and this makes communication difficult. I was surprised to see some positive reviews here . However most of them are by people who "loved" the place but stayed only a year or less! Go figure!
