Pros

Great Customer Base, Well Run Base Power Plant, Great Field Personnel, Nice downtown working area, Good Cafeteria, Covered Parking downtown,

Cons

Cost cutting is not a strategy, a long term tactic, or a new innovative idea. The current employees are literally unrecognizable from just a few years ago, but the media is strangely silent on the continuous layoffs that occur there.

Pros

There may always be a market for energy consumption in the United States however finding and retaining employees that trully understand what electricity is. Electricity is a very dangerous and for the most part underappreciated public service. The insurance costs and liability to produce and manage safe production and delivery are mostly overlooked by the public. Having served as a customer, a contractor, and analyst for this corporation I'd say that would qualify me as someone that is an asset and wants to see the production and safe delivery be a growing value for the public even if they have no clue the difficulties involved in this economical climate.

Cons

Communication and knowledge transfer within organization or department. Public awareness of the risks to lineman in providing "on" always service model. Fair treatment to employees and contractors alike. Time advantage rate ruduction programs and creative reporting techniques to the public.
