Pros

There are no pros to working here. Doesn’t follow Covid guidelines. Isn’t and won’t actually pay you what you are told when hired what you are being paid. Tries to run you out of his company when he owes you money. No lunch breaks you get yelled at for trying to use the bathroom. No vacations. Tries to force you to work during the weekend and if you don’t he fires you. Literally

Cons

You get verbally abused, he’s literally called some of his employees idiots to there face for not doing something he wanted…. He would pick his boogers and eat them and then touch all over his staff. Half the time his hands were resting in his pants. With woman in the office he’d go under the desk to ironically do push ups in the middle of the work day. No matter the Covid rules he keeps you in a small box office with a bunch of other workers side by side (no mask) it’s a disgusting place to work. Oh! And he forces his staff to write fake positive reviews monthly! Which is the only reason it looks like it’s a decent place to work via Glassdoor. He blatantly talks degrading about minorities until he needs them to make his office look better.

Pros

Amazing hands on training starting the first day you walk in the door. Great commission incentives. Best place to go with no recruitment experience if that’s a field you are looking to get into. Weekends are always off!

Cons

Long hours but if your worried about working two extra hours a day recruitment won’t be the job for you anyway.
