Pros
Write your own check by working overtime. Paid breaks, overall easy work. Some fellow workers were good people. Some management was caring, but not many.
Cons
Not much money if you don’t work overtime, but 12 hour schedule allows for plenty of time off, if you want to be broke. There is no advancement or opportunity for betterment.
