7yAlthough it’s not pleasant to see these remarks posted, at Thinkwrap, we value our employees and want to hear from them so thank you for this feedback.
Thinkwrap has a culture that values employee referrals. This a powerful tool in the race to acquire strong talent. As well, the last few years has seen a renewed focus on talent management; we have been working hard to ensure that all can be successful in their work and hopefully, enjoy the work that they are doing. This feedback highlights that this will remain a focus area for us in the future.
Thinkwrap values our employees and communicating with them a priority. We have an open-door culture, a focus on employee events (breakfasts, celebrations, picnics and more), Town-Halls where anyone can post an anonymous question, a new Open-Talk meeting as well as regular formal communications from the leadership team. As a leader at Thinkwrap, it’s discouraging to hear that your experience does not reflect what we are trying to build.
Thinkwrap is a company that treats employees like owners. I encourage you to take ownership of improving the experience by being part of the solution. I respect your choice to share this anonymously.
