Pros

You work with some top notch team members. There are truly some great people that work here.

Cons

There is a very high turnover and very little security. Management and therefore direction changes constantly. Change can be fantastic and refreshing...or it can be exhausting and pointless. Unfortunately the latter applies to this company. A company this size shouldn’t be managing with excel spreadsheets.

Autonomy, most people have a work/life balance, smart people

Cons

Limited processes or systems, like others have said management doesn't listen to others that are more experienced in their areas. Lack of communication is worst I have ever seen in any organization in my 30 years of working.

Was a great little e-commerce hosting company that did very well for its customers and itself for about 10 years.

Cons

Canadian management and inter office politics ruined the company in response to market conditions, in spite of support from the US government with COVID PPP funds and a booming e-commerce economy during COVID. Many people and most of their experienced non-Canadian leadership left or were let go in 2021.
