Pros
You work with some top notch team members. There are truly some great people that work here.
Cons
There is a very high turnover and very little security. Management and therefore direction changes constantly. Change can be fantastic and refreshing...or it can be exhausting and pointless. Unfortunately the latter applies to this company. A company this size shouldn’t be managing with excel spreadsheets.
