Pros

Great exposure to different networks

Cons

Very poor pay. Way below the market. The only way to get a raise is if you pass an exam. There is no reward for out performing. Better of working in LIDL if you only have a CCNA Extremely poor management as there is no Engineer manager. Extremely poor HR as there is no HR! No extra pay for overtime. No fuel card to use for site calling

Pros

Extremely focused on financially supporting education at all levels. Multicultural and inclusive, to the extent that Vegans, different religions and Coeliac sufferers are accommodated in the regular "Pizza Fridays" Lots of benefits including 25 days hols, pension, Death in Service, PHI, Bonus, Hybrid working etc... Amazing Easily accessed free parking Amazing "Over night" Christmas and Summer parties with other events throughout the year! Massive opportunities for progression, particularly for Engineers! Play room with Pool Table, Ping Pong table and PS5 is a very nice touch, though not used as much as it could be, due to Hybrid working.

Cons

Location, I commute to the office with public transport not being possible for me. But, that's a personal choice and it's worth it!

Pros

-Absolutely nothing to do which gives you time to think: " Why God did I sin? What did I do wrong to end up here, in the last circle of Dante's underworld" - Certificates are paid by the company - Well another Pros ................

Cons

- Really low pay, if you got no experience or if you just finished your studies. - No training, absolutely none. I cannot stress this enough, I had to come in the office and they put in front an issues, and they be like:" Well , good luck" - No career prospects, because is a family business. Do not expect promotions or rise in the salary, unless you got 10 certificates - No learning curve. Everyday you will be confronted with the same task and incidents. - Poor management, literally if you got to work with people that cannot be defined as people - If this is not enough. look on LinkedIn, how many people left the company from 2022 - 2023. If count me , it counts to 10
