Cons
Low pay, family run business - most managers employees were/are somehow related to each other. Bullying is rife with a complete disregard for personal space or home time - very high turnover of engineering staff, with a few lifers who get on with the big chief himself and are part of the furniture. If they don't like you, or you challenge anything, you are shown the door. Pressured to do the Cisco exams in your own time, although they pay for the exams. Have to use your own car for driving all over the country ( all 32 counties) with no milage allowance !
