A Graveyard of Potential. Get Out While You Still Can. - Fullstack Developer PlanetTogether Employee Review

Pros

Some devs here are incredibly talented and kind — true survivors in a collapsing system. The tech stack sounds modern: .NET Core, React, Azure. Remote work exists in theory. You might learn something if you’re lucky enough to avoid the managerial rot.

Cons

Where do I start? Leadership is a glorified vacuum — they hear nothing, see nothing, and somehow still manage to punish everything. QA is a myth. Communication is non-existent. You’ll be blamed for fires you didn’t start, by people who don’t even know what a fire is. Mediocrity is rewarded. Initiative is punished. And worst of all: your intelligence will be treated like a threat, not a gift. Don’t expect agile. Expect chaos. Don’t expect support. Expect gaslighting. And if you’re too good at your job? They’ll fire you — but not before draining you emotionally and mentally.

Pros

Overall the remote environment is great and most team members, including the company leaders do what they can to help whenever possible. Would be better if we could hire more, faster.

Cons

We probably need to evaluate individuals more closely. I don't feel others pull as much weight as others.

Pros

- Fully remote work - Opportunities to travel to meet clients/teammates - Friendly coworkers - Interesting projects

Cons

- Pay is definitely on the low side, especially for a San Diego based company - Working hours may fluctuate based on customer projects, i.e. there can be early morning and/or late night calls on the same day
