Pros

People are nice, kickoff are nice and that's it

Cons

1. salaries are not competitive - way lower compensation/benefits comparing to other tech companies. If you look at associate level in other companies, the pay is equivalent to a senior at Planisware. 2. Policies became not flexible right before and after the IPO -- Especially the return to office policy. They are pushing people to come into the office for I don't think what reason. A company should give more trust to the employee that they can also perform well even working from home. Otherwise, what is the point of you hiring them? Before they hire me, one of their selling point is saying the company is very flexible. And this is not the case anymore. 3. Management level are not being a role model -- when they trying to push people back to the office and they are the one not being in the office. Some of the days that require to be in the office often being so quiet. This is so unfair to the employee that being in the office and being double standard. 4. Not listening to the advice provided-- You can see that there are a lot of comments and reviews here, but non of them are taking care of, I am not sure if you go to HR, how much you can do about it, or maybe you will be targeted after. 5. The culture is changing -- I liked this company is because of their culture, but it seems like it is changing. If the compensation is not competitive, culture is not better than others. I am not sure how the company finds a way to keep good people.

Pros

The company provides professional growth opportunities. They don't limit your growth to your current position. You can explore other areas/departments. They provide an annual stipend for professional growth (certification, webinars etc.) Management listens to its employees - but there's also room for improvement here. Sometimes others are hesitant to approach leadership for numerous reasons (might feel intimidating, they feel that they're very busy, they might think that their concerns are too small). But I know management has been always willing to listen and talk about anything. So just improvement on approachability. The company is making continuous efforts to recognize employees and their hard work. We have annual kickoffs, spot, performance and growth bonuses. Now we have the employee ambassadors that we can work with so our voices are heard. It feels more of a community, we have a say in our employee events (go warriors!) or just in general we can give feedback and discuss about anything.

Cons

Communication between departments, teams and from managers could be improved. Cleared communication channels, regular updates (like organizational changes), cohesive messages would enhance transparency. The nature of the work can be demanding at times since it is fast pace and demands can be coming from all directions, clients, company, other departments. However, it is also perspective, it provides challenging situations that one can see as opportunity to thrive in this kind of environment. Compensation and benefits are both pros and cons. Over the years, it has improved a lot but there's more room for improvement. Another pro/con: Limited diversity in leadership. However, we can see the initiatives and the push in making this happen. It just takes time.
