Amazing work place, culture, perks and benefits

Cons

Service based organisation, worklife balance, no learning curve, no appriciation on the results delivered. Get things written on Paper dont fall prey for the words. Hike is not decided on a sinlge escalation, but on sheer abilitiy to deliver Projects on time.

One of the things I value most about Planview is the culture of collaboration and innovation. There is a genuine willingness across teams to share knowledge, support one another, and continuously improve the customer experience. I also appreciate the flexibility to explore new ideas and technologies, especially around AI-enabled learning, customer enablement, and modern training approaches.
