Thank you for sharing your feedback about your internship experience with us. We're glad to hear you've felt the strength of our community and company culture during your time here. We appreciate your perspective on office utilization - and great timing! We are actually in the process of renovating our Austin office right now to create a space that better supports our team's needs and encourages meaningful in-person collaboration. As we continue this work, if you have ideas about how we could make the office experience more valuable for you and your team, we'd love to hear them. Please feel free to share your thoughts with your manager or our HR team.

Pros

The team culture was incredible. Managers were very open and encouraging to explore new technologies and development processes. It was a very collaborative culture where engineers would often collaborate on solutions to complex problems which was especially nice given the displacement between all of the remote members of the team.

Cons

Outside of the team level, organization prioritization struggled. One day the stated priority might be one thing then the following day it would suddenly change. I would describe it as 'chasing a shiny object' instead of a thought out vision for what the project should be when it's complete.
