      Pros

      Planview provided a positive experience from the initial outreach through to the offer of employment. Throughout the process, the recruiter and hiring manager were forthright and plain-speaking and communicative. The interview process (which includes a panel) was rigorous, well thought out and very fair.

      Cons

      So far, so good. Just started.

      The technical resources are top notch. Solid people who care.

      Cons

      It is a classic case of misalignment and lack of product improvement. In the 3+ years I was at Planview only a handful of reps either made or made anything close to their number. One group had zero and the highest attainment was 60%. Much of the sales motions were to save existing clients rather than grown new business. 6 net new VPs in as many months in 2025. If you are considering a move to PV look carefully at the durability of the recurring business.
