      Pros

      *Great place to work in terms of learning. *Always fun on the floor, everyone are participating in fun both management and workforce *Defiantly long-term engagement can be seen as the growth of the company and individuals is very bright. *Hybrid or WFH is the game changer. All most all the employees are happy about Hybrid or WFH model

      The technical resources are top notch. Solid people who care.

      It is a classic case of misalignment and lack of product improvement. In the 3+ years I was at Planview only a handful of reps either made or made anything close to their number. One group had zero and the highest attainment was 60%. Much of the sales motions were to save existing clients rather than grown new business. 6 net new VPs in as many months in 2025. If you are considering a move to PV look carefully at the durability of the recurring business.
