Shifts are constantly changed and offer no work life balance. Management is toxic and only gives opportunities to friends. Job role constantly changing and departments evolving causing your role to disappear and force you to be in a job role you never applied for. Bonus structure use to be pretty fair but is now near impossible to reach. Job is extremely stressful and damaging for mental health. Customers are often abusive. Management offers no support.
