I could write a book on the amount of cons for this workplace. 1. Management - absolutely shocking management who gossip and will happily break confidential rules to use as gossip to other colleagues and agents whilst on nights out etc. Really don’t install much confidence in your job stability when you feel like there is nonsupport network that actually cares. 2. General employment laws - so poor at managing a business they don’t even understand employment laws and it is common knowledge that the company has had tribunals threatened many times including from myself. If you speak out and question stuff you will have a target on your back. 3. Creepy creepy men who get away with being inappropriate within the workplace 4. Payroll time and time again mess up wages, i worked there for just under a year and was paid incorrectly 4 times by a substantive amount and then my final wage was totally incorrect with a salary reflecting an hourly rate of £8.60 WAY under minimum wage. 5. There is a weak grievance and complaint procedure with little respect to victims/complainants and lack of empathy when things go seriously wrong. In my time working there between myself and my closer friends there experienced: sexism, harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, victim blaming, incorrect pay many times. When things go wrong typically a half arsed apology would be recieved alongside an excuse about following process or policy- maybe those policies should be looked at and updated if they are causing you to have to apologise? Final note I would rather go unemployed than ever step foot in this business or their counterparts again
