Pros

Good pay, very friendly co-workers, good team building events organized by HR.

Cons

Lots of unfair discrimination by manager within the team. Lots of favoritism. No value/ appreciation for contributions. The manager I worked for was not supportive of pregnant women , as they offered no flexibility even during health issues in pregnancy. Unrealistic expectations from leadership, despite employees having to work with the gazillion systems they run on, and manager was not appreciative of any extra mile an employee goes to complete projects. Very demotivating manager who behaved very cheap when it comes to employee relation. Proceed with caution. Professionalism appears only in the word corporate and not in the way they treat you. If you have kids and you have regular pick up drop off duties for their school, or need to work from home if your kid is sick, then this is not the place. They are very unethical. Old school leadership, and new managers joining the company comfortably pick bad habits from top management and treat employees ruthlessly.

Pros

The pay is pretty great. Your fellow employees are super diverse and it allows you to learn a lot about people of all cultures and walks of life.

Cons

You will be overworked and under valued. Depending on their relationship, leads and supervisors will absolutely talk about the employees in inappropriate ways. You will be treated with respect to your face unless you advocate for yourself. Ninety-nine percent of the time, there are cliques within leadership and generally they have very unfortunate views on people who were not born in the US regardless of their work ethic. If you excell at your job, you will be recognized and praised some days and scolded other days for not taking on the work of three different people. Some individuals don't actually care about the job and are just there for a paycheck. Safety is regarded as important in theory but not in reality. Quality is deemed as important, but in reality no one cares. Work-life balance is actually non-existent, no matter how much they claim otherwise.
