Returning employee here, the training program has had major improvements!! The training program is extensive, with a great balance of online tutorials and hands on training. The learning and development team is dedicated to employee training and advancement.

Cons

Improvements take time so, somethings are still being worked on, however process improvements can be seen daily.

I appreciate the culture and the people I work with. Leadership is approachable, communication is encouraged, and I feel comfortable bringing forward questions or ideas. The bank has a strong customer-focused culture while still valuing its employees, and there is a genuine willingness across departments to work together to solve problems. I also appreciate the opportunities for growth and the commitment to serving our communities.

Cons

I don’t have any significant concerns at this time. Like any growing organization, there are always small opportunities to improve communication and streamline processes, but I believe leadership is committed to continuous improvement and addressing those opportunities.
