      Great people are found working here, customers are wonderful and love banking with some of the nicest people in Denton County

      Cons

      Upper management communication is terrible. Constant change in direction and a shoot from the hip attitude. Antiquated policy and procedures. Zero empowerment of people in mid management positions. Family feud at the top.

      paid was no sufficient for a management position no information in Spanish but wanted me to translate and refused to compensate me for it lacks diversity left employees in bank alone

      Everything under the sun. Family drama all day, you want to know what happens behind your bosses closed doors, Then, work for this bank. Over worked staff that is always on the verge of quitting, horrible morale.

      Schedules, including breaks, are set according to branch operating hours and customer flow. The bank has won multiple awards for customer service due to the outstanding efforts of our employees, demonstrating that we have sufficient staff to meet the needs of our customers. Furthermore, PointBank was named as a finalist for Best Place to Work in the ‘Best of Denton County’ for 2023, 2024 and 2025, as well as winning Best Bank in the ‘Best of Denton County’ for sixteen years straight, and Best Local Business in 2025! We take great pride in providing a pleasant work environment and employees are encouraged to discuss any concerns with management, including their need for a break in their work schedule.
