Point has hit record breaking numbers and there is a buzz here. - Brilliant and supportive coworkers who genuinely help each other. It's a team environment. -Strong, fun culture with a real sense of belonging. - IMPACT- The work here is very meaningful where I know my work is making an impact for our customers (homeowners). We are helping solve a major issue that a lot of homeowners face (being house rich, but cash poor). Hearing the stories homeowners share are truly heartwarming as we are making a difference in their lives. - Company genuinely cares about people and growth. It's rare these days, but it's here.
