      The culture is the biggest pro. see you as a human, not a number. collaborative environment, great people, leadership wants to cultivate a company youll have fun working for, not just maximizing on profit. The product is great and ramping up, great opportunity to work for a hot startup, tons of new ARR coming in. Pay is very competitive

      could use a better coffee machine!
