      Pros

      The people here are awesome, friendly, professional and collaborative and yet all are humble and fun to work with. The product has a real need in the market and the vision seems like something you want to be part of. The spirit of innovation and out of the box thinking are part of the day today and each one of us has a really impact.

      Cons

      We are in the shift from a small startup into a more mature company and it can be felt in part of the processes and habits of the day today.

      Pros

      Exceptional leadership — the founders are proven operators with a successful exit behind them (IntSights), and it shows in how the company is run. The engineering bar is very high; smart, humble people who care about what they build. Culture is genuinely collaborative and low-ego. The research team stands out in particular — deeply problem-solving oriented, and they really understand how to get to the root of customer pain rather than just patching symptoms. The product itself solves a real, painful problem in the FinOps space and the direction feels clear.

      Cons

      The current office is pretty crowded — growth has outpaced the space, so it can get noisy and finding a quiet spot for focus work isn’t always easy. Hopefully a move or expansion is on the roadmap.
