      - company events - friendly/hard working colleagues - standard off/benefits

      Cons

      - HR influencer marketing feels inauthentic - many 'walking LinkedIn profiles' working here - hides top down decision making with inclusive processes that feel forced - leadership's usage of suggestive questions as a tool to empower employees often comes off as disingenuous - lacks the startup feel (rigid processes/siloed teams/antiquated systems/clout goes a long way) - high tech debt for a relatively young company
