      - Good group of co-workers - Ability to work from home - Interesting work but it seems to vary by team member - Time off for overtime

      Cons

      - No minimal salary increases or reviews - Vacations were reduced for our team post acquisition - Annual bonus was cancelled outright weeks before payout - 4 rounds of layoffs post acquisition
