      Pros

      -A very much figure it out environment, lots to learn if your up for it. -Extremely acomodating/helping teamleads if your joining the Poly bangalore Team, -Leaves are always approved.

      Cons

      -Management at HP CCCB especially for the poly team is bad, Its basically a tug of war about which manger get to hold the reigns. -Lots of process hurdles, going from Poly to HP, its like having a second job just trying to manage/make things work so that you can get the main part of your work done within the SLA. -Lots of devices going EOL/EOS -Crazy amount of attrition -Random shift changes out of blue, one day you might login at 5.30am the next 6.30pm
