Pros
Poly is one of the better engineering companies I have worked for, my team members are welcoming and good humored, and members of other teams are always willing to help out if you ask them.
Cons
As with many companies sometimes the highest tiers of management will make decisions that will leave those working near the frontlines confused or indifferent. The recent culture of working from home is great but means you can potentially spend a lot of your free time at work still.
