Since I have been with the company, management has been nothing but positive and focused on individual growth. I have never worked somewhere that I felt so genuinely invested in as an employee and individual - which in turn builds morale and improves overall performance. The open office encourages collaboration and teamwork while work hours are really flexible and offer the benefit of working from home 1-2 days per week. I've also enjoyed the opportunity to travel and network with both PolyVision and Steelcase employees. It's clear PolyVision trusts its employees to work responsibly and autonomously - allowing for a positive work-life balance and encouraging personal development.
