Pros
Good stability and reasonable hours, friendly and helpful coworkers and supervisory staff, Paid holidays and full coverage dental, optical, and health insurance. After set time period working there one can move to almost any position they apply for, allowing complete freedom of movement.
Cons
Being contracted there is no real room for advancement, nor for a raise. Raises are never given, or have very stringent requirements for earning rather than worker seniority and longeivity. Wages are below livable.
