      The managers are super great. There isnt much favorism. Everyone gets along and is a team player. Everyone treats each other like family.

      Cons

      At this company to the higher ups you are nothing a number on an excel sheet. They have laid off 79 of us in the tampa location after they were acquired by gentronics. Stay away from pomeroy.

      Pros

      They are ok for getting your foot in the door for the industry, and getting some experience working in an office/industrial job site.

      Cons

      Every thing about this company is just terrible. I don't know who my manager is anymore. We have gone through so many in the time that I have been here. Don't even bother to ask for raises because you're not getting any. You are nothing to them.
