Pros

The trainers and other employees were very nice and patient.

Cons

This program uses God to explain the owner's healing journey. I can't say how true his experience was, but using God's name to collect money from sick people is never a good look. I know that some of the program's clients broke their proverbial piggy banks to pay very large sums of money to buy overpriced and possibly useless supplements to better their health. Two different clients can pay completely different amounts for the same exact program. There's no one-size-fits-all for sick people, and everyone in the Popma program will get the same exact supplement package to start. Depending on how savvy the salesperson is, they will pull as much money from the sick as they can. There will be different "adjustments" as you move forward in the program, but you will have to pay for each adjustment or protocol. The sales team is pretty aggressive. They will try to make you extend your program after the 5-month contract, even if you say you can't afford it. Coaches, you will also be asked to do the "detox" program. I highly recommend rethinking your strategy here. There are a lot of supplements in the program, and you can become ill, but you'll be offered a different supplement to alleviate your symptoms, which of course, costs money. They will ask you to take on 130 clients at a low rate. They don't worry too much about your ability to handle that many clients and will expect you to do as requested. You will be asked to attend many meetings and listen to a lot of preaching and mountain-top sermons. They will also ask you to sell extensions of the program to your clients; it does turn into a sales position. Clients and coaches receive a urine test that will read red before and after the program. This seems odd as it will always read red, and you will always be inflamed. Therefore, you'll have to stay in the program and continue to pay them more money. Detoxing is a natural process done by the body. There are no supplements, juices, or elixirs to make it better. A healthy diet and movement will work well and cost much less. For the truly sick people reading this, believing in yourself and your body's abilities will aid you in your journey. This program is expensive, and it may just be the placebo effect of all the supplements that "heal" you. I feel this is no different than big pharma. They will continue to push supplements on you to counteract the side effects of other supplements. Be aware before starting or coaching this program. Read the reviews on the web to gain more understanding and to see what you're getting into. I know you're desperate for work or healing, but there has been an exodus of coaches quitting the program after realizing that it's not a good place to work or be a client. Best of luck to you all!

Pros

I finally have a job that I absolutely love! From the mission to the people to who we are here to help and guide, I love everything about this company. Great benefits. True fully remote environment. Company respects your working hours and your personal time. You're recognized for your effort and accomplishments. The leadership team is synergistic and while they have high expectations they set you up for success. You're offered a lot of autonomy but the support is there as you require it. Everyone rows in the same direction and is passionate about our mission. It's something truly unique and special.

Cons

I have no cons. I love this company and support their mission in addressing the root cause to real health challenges. Something our healthcare industry in this country is completely overlooking.

Pros

This company is incredibly supportive, positive, and lives their Christian values. They truly want to develop their employees and provide the training and emotional support to do that. In this high-ticket sales position, they provide a base salary with full benefits - with added commission on top of that, and numerous other opportunities to earn income. The sky is the limit in this company right now in terms of learning, growth, support, and even spiritual development! It's expanding quickly and attracting high quality people who want to stay and grow with the company. I never knew it was possible to work a remote position and feel so connected to my teammates. I can always find help, support, or guidance any time of day I need it. I can't rave enough about the leadership, the company culture, and the opportunities to grow. I pinch myself every day that I have the opportunity to work here!

Cons

Being fully remote means being on a computer and being sedentary more than I am used to - but I'm finding work arounds for that like a standing desk, a walking pad, blue light blockers, etc. Work life balance can be a bit challenging, but as you grow into the position, you get more efficient with your time.
