      - Team-working was good despite poor onsite middle management - Receptive, accommodating clients, pleasant to work with and for - Good role for gap-fillers, skills gain for first-jobbers and likely to rewarding for hard-working 'people people'

      Cons

      - Senior HQ management reputedly good to deal with but woefully ignorant of poor middle management practices - Staffing on sites managed by the company (no flexibility, insane workload due to neglected recruitment needs despite profitable contracts) - Poor promotion/mentoring for high performing colleagues; most with potential or a will to improve the service leave, those toeing the line stay - Failure to deal with unacceptable behaviour on site (not turning up to work, sexual harassment, stealing) - Dog-eat-dog, political feeling within the team at times; mixed messages and constant threats from management produced a watch-your-back mindset - High turnover in junior and mid level roles

      Everyone truly cares about each other and gives positive & helpful feedback.

      Cons

      Lack of staff tends to push many responsibilities onto small departments.
