Chaos, and not the good kind - Sales Postman Employee Review

Very positive and straightforward interview process. Best onboarding I've ever been a part of - I felt ready to sell immediately after Flight School. After my first 30 days, I'm even more excited to be here. The sales org recently went through somewhat of a transition period but things have leveled out and excitement is building around the new direction and product - the culture being built is excellent.

Internal processes are still being built out further to improve deal velocity

As a company transitioning out of the startup stage, Postman offers a level of access to senior leadership that's rare at larger organizations — along with the strategic relationships, mentorship, and perspective that comes with it. 4. The combination of Postman's growth trajectory, the opportunity to be part of building and scaling the company, along with the proximity to leadership makes this a compelling career move for anyone who wants to be close to what's happening in tech right now.

Postman is in an active growth phase — moving beyond startup mode and into scale, which naturally brings change and growing pains. That's common for any company at this stage.
