Pros

Excellent work culture with a collaborative and supportive environment. Surrounded by talented and genuinely helpful colleagues. Competitive salary with good recognition and appreciation for your contributions. Decent in-office benefits and employee perks. The work is challenging and constantly pushes you to learn, which significantly contributes to career growth. Encourages innovation—discussing ideas, experimenting, and building proof of concepts (POCs) is always welcomed, with no unnecessary barriers or resistance.

Cons

The onboarding experience could be more welcoming and better structured to help new employees settle in faster. The return-to-office policy feels overly rigid. Greater flexibility or meaningful incentives would make the transition smoother, especially for employees relocating from other states. For employees moving long distances, it would be helpful to have policies that support periodic travel home or WFH for a month or so. If the company plans to open another office, establishing one in North India (such as Delhi, Gurugram, or Ahmedabad) would better support employees from that region and reduce relocation challenges and keep the talent.

Pros

There are no pros whatsoever at Postman. Any positive reviews you currently see on here are from HR and from people that HR actually asked to write positive reviews.

Cons

Zero stars. This place is a mess from the top down. Leadership loves to publicly berate employees and believes that will motivate them, there is no culture left, no partnership or collaboration at all between teams. It is truly a blame game at all times. I am seriously wondering how the CRO has managed to still be employed given that he has never made his number, is the most boring, dry and uninspiring person I have ever heard speak and has somehow managed to avoid interacting with sales and with customers for the 16 months he has been here. In three years, I never once had a career growth discussion with any of the 6 managers I was shuffled around to. New policies implemented make sure Postman is only catering to one type of employee and is not flexible for anyone that has any other responsibilities whatsoever outside of their job.
