Pros

New building, spacious working environment. Nice toilet with radio and aircon.

Cons

- Be prepared to be super lowballed for fresh grad deg pay at 2.8k, dip pay at 2.2k. - 10 years of past working experience at 3k+, without any increment over the years. - Management will find ways to request employee to pay compensation at the last month of the 3-month notice upon leaving. Unless you have a very supportive boss who could fight for you. - The only company I ever heard of with 3-month notice, so think twice before joining.
