Pros
Brilliant and passionate co-workers, access to mentoring and transparent feedback from managers, awesome benefits (including employer paid medical and dental for the employees and unlimited vacation time), family friendly environment, events and activities, career development, beer.
Cons
As we get bigger and add more directors, it feels like there is less accessibility to the CEO, COO, and CTO. (They are there when you need them, but are harder to track down.)
