Power Onjects culture and people are great. I've experienced real teamwork in action. The colleagues are friendly at every level and also the management is supportive. You can run fast as you want to build your career and experience. The projects are interesting with high profile clients. Internal knowledge sharing framework helps develop skills quickly. It also allows you to navigate around the business to build your own network and go to people. I made many friends with like-minded people. I enjoyed the consistent way of working and approach to the project. Easy to follow best practices and processes to deliver quality.
Cons
Exceptional individual case. COVID pandemic caused difficulty in managing workloads and family life. However, this wasn’t an issue during the pre-COVID years of employment. The shared services concept is not mature. Which is an excellent idea in theory giving the opportunity to work on multiple projects in small chunks quickly at your strengths or area you’ll like to focus on. But in practice, the the new model requires individuals spending more of their your own time. Confident this will be the thing of the past, based of some of the effort I've seen to improve this process model. Performance reviews are artificially manipulated to fit greater HCL framework. This process should be managed locally at human level by PowerObjects than a date approach.
