Cons
Someone said this was a shell of what it once was and it's so true. When you get current employees aside (when they feel safe), they will tell you that the new leadership team changed everything. The layoffs, the absolute cruelty from the executive leadership team, the lack of safety in security of your job. It breaks my heart what has happened to a company that once gave me so much hope. Unless the company sells, I can't imagine it's around in a few years so please have a back up plan if you're interviewing here. This company is incredibly unstable and people are absolutely miserable there. Folks are also heavily pressured to write positive LinkedIn posts, don't get bamboozled.
