Two leaders from this department interviewed me, and they made me feel like this was what I was born to do. Since I started, that has stayed the same! Everyone on the team is so helpful and kind to one another. Not what you would expect out of a female call center! They work around my school schedule and discuss my future. There is weekly bonus opportunities that have allowed me to make a great amount to help cover school!

I wish we had more meetings to speak more often to one other outside of the chat platform.

Flexibility in your work schedule. Can work anywhere within reason. The people are super understanding and have open communication. All federal holidays off + off half day before. Almost 2 weeks off at Christmas time to be with family. Generous PTO and sick time.

Bonuses are paid out quarterly. Maternity leave is like 2-3 weeks.
