Pros
Dogs are allowed in the office. The office has nice ponds with walking paths when you need to step outside.
Cons
There are so many huge (and unnecessary) barriers in the way especially from a sales stand point that makes it so much harder. They are half stuck in the early 2010's with processes and then the other half which is trying to be up-to-date is so chaotic and unorganized. They have about 3 CRM systems being currently used and every employee only has access to different ones. The worst part about working here is enduring awkward fights and arguments between the higher ups and the founders. When working here you are looked down to or talked down to when asking questions which truthfully doesn't help the business at all. There is lot's of condescending undertones that come from the higher ups.
