Sad to go...but goodbye to unnecessary stress - Investigator PreCheck Employee Review

Micro Managing to the extreme, Team Leads that treat employees like children, Leads that do nothing but criticize. A company that expresses "Heart" for their work culture but could care less to give "Heart" for their own employees. No flexibility from the team leads if you have appointments, instead you have to beg your Manager (if you can figure out who the true Manager is to a Department) for time off or scheduling for appointment, even when you've asked if you can make up the time when you return. It's ridiculous to feel that much stress to just do your job to the best of your capability.
