Pros

- Outstanding technical challenges - Majority of techs help and mentor one another - Variety of assignments are good. - There is average support from Dell. - On site location facilites were good. - Customers pleasure to work for.

Cons

- Middle management on up are somewhat blind to their own long term interests. Example, wages are subsistance level. - Recognition. Most companies like to think their people are their best asset, but this company does not practice recognition. This could be a good thing for newbies, it will wake them up to the realities of current business practices. - My Way or the High Way style of management. - No legitimate Open Door Policy. - Senior Management seems to hire middle managers that are either friends or relatives, hardly a criteria for professional leadership. - When project managers are hired from the outside, they don't stay.

Pros

Decent pay compared to other agencies. Three dollar difference compared to other contractors using different agency. Decent traveling expense policy.

Cons

0 perks. Your reporting to client directly with no representation from precise fit management. Had glitches on payday more than once. Many contractors so less chance of direct hire.
