Cons
- Middle management on up are somewhat blind to their own long term interests. Example, wages are subsistance level.
- Recognition. Most companies like to think their people are their best asset, but this company does not practice recognition. This could be a good thing for newbies, it will wake them up to the realities of current business practices.
- My Way or the High Way style of management.
- No legitimate Open Door Policy.
- Senior Management seems to hire middle managers that are either friends or relatives, hardly a criteria for professional leadership.
- When project managers are hired from the outside, they don't stay.
