      Pros

      Everybody who is not the COO, genuinely nice people who work under fear.

      Cons

      Reliant on the 2 year threshold for unfair dismissal, COO is horrid and not a people person, she drives the company on fear with her ups and downs. It will be very interesting when the 2 year safety net she had disappears for unfair dismissal! Would not recommend this company to anyone.

      Whenever a bad review for this company gets posted the owner begs employees to submit fake reviews with 5 star ratings to lessen the blow to their score for a bad review.
