Pros

The office space in Victoria is nice, with good helpful people at reception (not part of the company). Most people work hybrid, meaning there is seats available for employees. A good selection of snacks on the snack stand. but that's about it on the pro's.

Cons

Absolutely no support for professional development. HR is predominantly external, meaning that any in office issues/ personal problems are not dealt with properly. no checks for wellbeing and mental health, even though I did suggest these things to be implemented more, there was no response. COO is ruthless, pretends to care and expects staff to work outside of your office hours. They only care about what you bring to the table rather than potential. pretends to say "we'll support you". Senior management are extremely trigger happy to fire people, in my time, saw many apprentices be fired, then expects people in the company to manage workload. these fellas aren't scarce with their funds - they be making some big money investments and securing contracts with top firms providing their AI Agents. But they act as if they are some start-up. They terminated contracts of staff whilst on annual leave. No return to work meetings if you're off sick over the threshold, which is bad business practice. The sales teams are a good bunch, and some members of the product team. Don't join the Business analyst team unless your prepared for tedious workloads. IT is a joke, the UK IT senior staff confuses people often. Ill give it that though Keesup Choe seems like a fair man.

Pros

I could not find one if my life depended on it!

Cons

Everything!! Where do I start.. - Low salaries as if people are slaves and not humans (a lot of them on 25k-30k in an IT company in London lol) - Mostly awful colleagues (except a few of them), extremely evil, cruel and mentally unwell people that are running the company and are in upper management - Treating people absolutely awfully, lying, misleading, cheating, just think of anything bad that could possibly happen and rest assured you will witness it in this company - Cheap in every possible way you could imagine (could conclude that based on the salaries) - People in upper management are professional spineless poltroons without any human or professional quality, horrendous people lacking basic human decency - Office snitches (also in upper management mostly) spying when people come and go and how many bathroom breaks they take, always an uncomfortable vibe in the office - They have fired people on their holidays, they don't give a single damn about any of their employees and they're always on a firing streak so be prepared to just randomly get fired - When they fire someone, the person has to leave through the back door like a dog, an utterly disgusting and humiliating procedure that so many people went through - They will fire you if you don't agree with the incompetent spineless management or if they're paying you more than 30k All in all the absolute worst place that I have ever worked at. Save yourself and stay far away from this place, there is not a single good thing about it. This is my first ever in life negative review about anything and I think that says a lot

Pros

The company can provide early-career exposure for those looking to gain experience before moving on to a better-structured organisation. The office location in Victoria may be convenient for some.

Cons

Management structure is highly ineffective. New clients are often signed without the resources or planning needed to deliver the work properly. The culture is unhealthy and does not match the “family” image the company promotes. Many employees feel unsupported, and respect for staff is inconsistent. Share options are essentially meaningless unless the company is sold, and employees lose them when they leave. Increasing reliance on outsourced teams without proper alignment leads to confusion and inefficiency. Employee wellbeing appears to be low priority. Although mental-health support is mentioned, meaningful help is lacking in practice. Leadership transparency is limited. The CEO and CFO being married can create a dynamic where decisions feel insular and overly centralised. Some senior staff seem unclear about their responsibilities, which contributes to disorganisation. The office environment can feel tense at times, with disagreements happening in front of staff. Pay is significantly below market, and salary increases are difficult to obtain. When I requested one, I was told there was no budget, which contributed to my decision to leave. There have been reported concerns around workplace conduct (i.e sexual harassment), publicly referenced in the media (do your research). This raised serious concerns for me and I'm sure it would for many other people) If I were a client, I would be worried about the lack of structure and internal alignment.
