Pros
Good work environment with co-workers, they provided help whenever it was needed. My immediate supervisor was very supportive. GREAT health insurance/benefits, the best one I've ever had.Nice products and innovation. I consider them to be one of the best automotive suppliers in their field. Average Salary, but overall good considering the health insurance.
Cons
During my work period, the training I had was not efficientt. The US Company's president sarcastic and sometimes humiliating ways of treating people (both men and women). At the end, this was the main reason that made me resign and move to another place.
