Cons
With growth comes growing pains and the family own company atmosphere looses it's luster, which leads to a corporate mind set by some employees. This presents a challenge in getting them to buy into the culture of the family own company. The different industries and remote offices tend to operate as their own entities that put up walls to keep their people in and outsiders out. "A little internal competition within different groups it's a good thing when kept under control".
