      great benefits and salary, work culture and employee appreciation.

      no innovation, very strict on programming standard, people wont learn to program, just copy and paste the same program blocks.

      Good culture, lots of employee events, pays pretty well

      Boom bust cycles of work the booms you are drinking from a fire hose and the busts there is nothing going on

      Great if you want a divorce and a chemical dependency, and love being disrespected by management.

      Cons

      Long hours, no overtime, broken commitments on the company side. No respect from management to mid or low level.
