Would not recommend to anyone - Anonymous employee Primer Employee Review

Hi, Thankyou for your review, your feedback is valuable to us and we are disappointed you feel this way about your time at Primer. We take employee feedback extremely seriously and every 6 months conduct our Employee Engagement Survey to understand what we can do more for our team at Primer. We strive for everyone here to be heard and listened to, we’re sorry you felt this was not the case. We are incredibly grateful to our employees who had to leave us during 2022. In what was a very tough time, we did everything within our power to support affected employees. This included, but was not limited to, leaving packages, equipment and ongoing career/mental health support. Career progression is also paramount to us here at Primer and we are proud of offering individual paths of progression to each Primer employee, via our bi annual appraisals and career coaching. Being able to promote internally and celebrate our achievements is something we also do often. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review with us
