Pros

- The free breakfast on days when it was good - great place to get a title name your not qualified for to get on your resume

Cons

- Micromanagement - daily, weekly and monthly reports required to justify your existence - not a safe place for opinions. You can not go against anything and have to smile and be bubbly. Any critique is not well taken. - you’ll be working until 10 or 12pm most nights. The work expectations are high. The poor team are burnt out! - meeting city! The reason ur doing ur work late at night. - unrealistic expectations - hires a young team so they don’t know any better - poor upper management who instead of communicating will let you go if you do not agree. I saw this happen to many talented team members. - cliques! There so many cliques and a lot of gossiping even by senior members of the team and management. - high turnover - managers that are either young or have no experience - lies! They preach diversity and it’s a team full of 98% white females! They make u think there diverse when they just are not - sustainability is a marketing strategy which is such a shame - promotions of people into roles who are just not qualified

Pros

At first, the team you work on us a pro and this depends on what team you're on. Interesting work events, and learning opportunities. Benefits were decent and pay eventually was "okay"

Cons

Where to start? I worked here for many years and got incredible reviews on my performance however the comments on here about people being secretly fired without any warning or reason are unfortunately 100% true. Upper management has favorites even if those favorites aren't good at their jobs. They will keep them employed and fire anyone else who they suspect could be going against the grain with absolutely no proof just a hunch. When I say, "don't drink the kool-aide" what I mean is you might think you're solid because you've worked here for 5 years and get promotions, bonuses, 'rave reviews', but you're completely replaceable. And they are quite savage about it - you'd like you've been gaslit for how suddenly they will pull the rug from under you. I was a ride or die employee for many years and it saddens me to write this review but it's unfortunately 100% true. Take the job if you want, learn as much as you can, add it to your resume and look some something else ASAP before they decide to (without warning) let go of you.
