After being selected to move forward following my initial application, I was directed to complete a one-way AI-driven interview with no opportunity to re-record responses. During the third question, the platform experienced a technical failure and nothing loaded, leaving me unable to complete that portion of the interview.
Despite thorough preparation, I believe this technical issue negatively affected my candidacy. I followed up via email to flag the problem but received no response. For a company of this profile, I would have expected at minimum an acknowledgment.
The one-way interview format, combined with the lack of any technical support or follow-up communication, reflects poorly on the candidate experience. Ultimately, this process cost me significant time, and the absence of accountability gives me pause about the company's operational culture.
